Congratulations…You are finally ready to go to closing table to either buy or sell your home.

And I am Brandi Cook. Everyone is sooooooo excited but often small but important details get overlooked and
may delay closing the of your home.
We asked our team members to share the top 5 items not to forget to bring to closing.
#5 Don’t forget any special security codes and informational or warranty booklets a buyer may need to operate any special system your home offers.
#4 Sellers need to bring their garage door remotes, house keys and don’t forget the mail box key…this is forgotten at a lot of closings.
#3 If you need to bring MONEY to the closing it must be Certified FUNDS. NO personal checks. Normally payable to the closing attorney or you can arrange for transfer of funds wired in advance
#2 YOUR Picture ID …a driver’s license will work. Both buyers and sellers will need this.
#1 is the Most of important…. YOU! If you cannot attend YOU MUST make special arrangement well in advance closing attorney office.
