or “MOM” as we call it. MOM is a program for qualified military personnel
who can receive a larger rebate based on the selling price when they either
purchase or sell a home with a Military on the Move certified agent of Meybohm
Real Estate. The benefit is you can get the rebate when you need it most, at
settlement, the rebate may be used towards closing costs, repairs or you can
even receive cash if allowed by your lender or in the state by law.
