We thought we’d have some fun and have random
questions asked of us about the lifestyle, climate, community and location of
Aiken, South Carolina and Augusta Georgia.
We are including The Central Savannah River Area which is
composed of 21 counties between both states. This region is located on and
named after the Savannah River, which forms the border between
the SC and Georgia. FYI… the CSRA does not include the city of Savannah,
Georgia or any portion of the Savannah metropolitan area. We get it,
that’s confusing but no more confusing than the city of N. Augusta being in SC.

The wonderful thing about “both sides of the river”
… South Carolina and Georgia; for the most part you’re talking about 30 minutes
to an hour at the most to drive to most points. This means you get to enjoy and
reap the benefits of both sides of the Savannah River.
