Property tax bills are hitting mailboxes, and here’s your reminder — make sure you’ve applied for your 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 if this is your main home.
If not, your property could be taxed at 𝟲% 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝟰%, and that means your taxes could 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲. 😳
