Hi, I'm Brandi Cook and
this is Vikki Crossland and we are Aiken Homes Team at Meybohm Real Estate
Okay Brandi, so what do
all those letters that look like alphabet soup behind our names mean? Like CRS
and ABR?
They are different
designations you can get in real estate -which is really just a fancy way of
saying we have gone above and beyond the standard real estate education to
better serve our clients.
Both Brandi and Vikki
have the ABR® and CRS® designations. ABR® stands
for Accredited Buyers Representative®. Special training has to be done to provide
the highest service by our buyer agents
CRS® is Certified Residential Specialist®. This is the highest credential awarded to
residential sales agents, managers and brokers; not many REALTORS have earned
this designation only about 3%.
Two additional
designations that Vikki has are SRES® and
SRS®.
SRS® stands for Seller Representative
Specialist® and SRES®
is a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Both
of these have equipped Vikki with the knowledge to provide our clients the
highest level of expertise in selling homes and working with seniors.
Combined we have taken
over 130 hours (actually more with the maintenance of our designations) of
continuing education to better serve our clients
We hope this video has
helped unscramble our alphabet soup and spell out our “Commitment to
Excellence”.
Brandi also has her MRP®, Military Relocation Specialist® designation which shows
her dedication to our military clients.
